*I will not groom dogs over 100lbs if the dog resists me and the owner does not assist me. I am just one person and trying to groom a xxl dog that aggressively resists or attempts to bite is very difficult and not safe for either me or the dog.

Please keep in mind that when you schedule an appointment with me, you are expected to keep it. If you need to cancel or reschedule, then you have to do so 48 hours before your scheduled time. If you cancel within 24 hours, then you are expected to pay 50% of the appointment. If you cancel within 5 hours of the appointment, then you are expected to pay 75%. This does depend on your situation since I understand that certain unexpected emergencies may arise. So please be transparent when communicating with me. I really appreciate it!
